What to expect at your Invisalign appointments?
On your first appointment, Dr.Sukhman would scan your teeth with a 3D scanner and show you what your new smile will look like on a computer screen. Then those scans are uploaded to a precise revolutionary software, and Dr.Sukhman would come up with the best treatment plan to get your desired results in the least possible amount of time.
Once you are ready, 3D clear aligners are printed out. On your second visit, Dr.Sukhman would place tooth coloured attachments on your teeth. These attachments help clear aligners put the right amount and direction of forces on your teeth. Dr.Sukhman closely monitors your treatment and makes modifications to attachments or clear aligners as needed leading to success and a beautiful smile!
Who Can Use Invisalign®?
The advent of Invisalign® means that orthodontic treatment no longer benefits only teenagers. Dr.Sukhman treats many adult patients. In addition to the aesthetic benefit of Invisalign treatment, straight teeth result in better oral health.
Invisalign® offers a unique Teen program. Teen aligners have few unique additions to help keep them on track with the treatment plan. Teen aligners have a blue dot marker on them, which fades as teens wear the aligners. This ensures that parents can monitor if a teen has been a complaint with the treatment plan. The teen plan also includes six bonus aligners. If your teen accidentally throws his aligner or loses it, we will order a replacement aligner, free of charge.
